Note: Your Custom Skins can't be viewed on another persons screen. Any Active skin you have on during a game will show that character model for that champ, for example: If you have a Pulsefire Tristana Skin Downloaded and Active, if you so wish to choose it for a match, your opponent will see only the default tristana model/effects. If your opponent chooses a champion/skin you have a custom skin downloaded and active for, they will show up as that model, they see themselves as their skins model tho.

Hey Guys, I would like to share with you a website that i recently got turned onto by some friends. It's called League Craft, it's essentially a place were Users upload their new models/art they created themselves. Ever wanted to spice your Gameplay up? tired of original Default skins while you look at others sparkling fancy pants. This site will definately help you with that. Here's a couple custom skin previews
As you see the limits to Custom Skins are near boundless. There are a couple of really outstanding artists here that go out of their way to please their fans (and to release some fantasy tension; haven't you always wanted to beat the crap out of Princess Peach as Bowser?) ;D
I will link 2 of the really active/great artists
